I started working out the 1st of January because I had reached a physical weight of 230 pounds - my heaviest weight ever!
Overall I feel much better! My current weight is 207 pounds! I am much stronger, less prone to mood swings, and more energy! In addition, my cholesterol, blood pressure, and blood sugars, etc. are all closer to normal.
Begin your journey! There is no magic wand that will do the work for you. It takes courage, faith, and tenacity to make the decision to change habits that have been running loose for decades!
