The 1 Week Pass is for people visiting the Bismarck-Mandan area. Whether traveling through for business or here to see family, we want to help you stick to your exercise routine or give your family an opportunity to spend time together Family Wellness.
- Photo ID required for proof of out-of-town status
- Residents of Bismarck, Mandan, Lincoln & surrounding communities are not eligible
- Students enrolled at the University of Mary, Bismarck State College, or United Tribes Technical College are not eligible
- Expires 7 days from date of issue

Membership Information
Important details about your Family Wellness membership.
The fee is paid upon membership sign-up & will only be charged once except in the case of a lapse in membership. Memberships that have lapsed 30 days or more will be charged the joiner fee.
Family Wellness is committed to providing a safe, healthy, welcoming atmosphere for its members & guests, while respecting each individual’s privacy. We expect persons using FW to follow facility policies & be caring, honest, respectful & responsible, in their conduct & relationships with others.
The Family Wellness Code of Conduct prohibits:
- Photos or videos of any type in FW locker rooms/bathrooms. Video or pictures for social media shaming or bullying. Video or pictures in violation of our Member Code of Conduct. Direct filming of others in workout spaces without permission. Please be considerate & respectful of other members when using smart phones/cameras in FW. Special projects or media involving video or pictures or for commercial use purposes must be pre-approved by management.
- Inappropriate attire: Appropriate attire is to be worn at all times in FW activities.
- Vulgar language including swearing, shouting or name-calling.
- Bullying, harassment, intimidation or threatening conduct.
- Theft or behavior which results in destruction of property.
- Any demonstration of sexual contact or activity.
- Improper contact with minors.
- Physical contact with another person in any angry or threatening way.
- The use of chemicals, tobacco or alcohol on FW property or FW activities.
- Unauthorized solicitation.
- Carrying concealed weapons or objects that may be used as a weapon.
Members & guests are encouraged to take personal responsibility & look out for their own safety & the safety of FW. If a member or guest observes a problem or encounters a situation they are uncomfortable with they are to report this to FW staff or the Member Service Desk. PLEASE SEEK ASSISTANCE FROM FW STAFF IF NEEDED.
FW reserves the right to terminate any person’s membership for any reason at any time.
A written appeal process is available for members. FWA reserves the right to refuse any guest’s privilege to use FW facilities at any time & for any reason.
All new members & visiting guests must sign a Release Waiver of Liability & Code of Conduct form. Youth under 18 years old must have this document signed by a parent in order to access the facility. All members age 5 & older are asked to carry their membership card for admittance to Family Wellness. In the absence of your membership card, you may be asked to verify identity with a photo ID.
It is the responsibility of every individual or their parent or guardian to provide for their own accident & health coverage while participating in Family Wellness activities. Neither accident nor health coverage is provided for participants by Family Wellness.
Family Wellness members, ages 60+, may place their active membership on hold once each year for a maximum of 5 months, between October through March, without incurring an additional enrollment fee or maintenance fees during the on hold period.
You may cancel your monthly membership at any time by coming to Family Wellness, completing a cancellation form & turning in your membership card(s). The cancellation form must be completed by the end of the month, or you will be charged for the next month. Memberships are nonrefundable.
