Financial Assistance

Family Wellness is dedicated to its community. We are proud to offer outstanding programs & services that support the wellness of youth, seniors & families and promote a happier, healthier, stronger Bismarck Mandan. 

Family Wellness feels it is important that the facility is available & accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, beliefs or financial status. We believe money should not be a barrier to Family Wellness membership & will never turn someone away regardless of their ability to pay (subject to availability of funds). 

Assistance is awarded on a sliding scale, for a specified amount of time, with the participant paying a portion of the fees based on their individual & family needs, to be reviewed & revised following the pre-determined period. 

Application Process:

  • Complete the financial assistance application in full. Access a copy of the application below.
  • Assistance is reviewed on a per person basis.
  • Submit the application to the Member Service Desk.
  • Proof of income is required before assistance will be considered.
  • Attach letter(s) of referral (optional).
  • Processing time is usually within 1-2 weeks.
  • You will receive an email notifying you of the status of your application.
  • Family Wellness reserves the right to refuse assistance to any applicant.
  • Assistance is granted on a needs basis.

Fitness Reimbursement:

Family Wellness members in eligible plans with insurance companies listed below may receive cash back incentives. Check with your insurance provider for more details.
