The Wellness Center at Family Wellness offers over 100 pieces of cardio & strength training equipment in more than 10,000 sq. ft. of space. This premiere fitness facility is fully equipped with state of the art machines to give you the best possible workout with a large, open, inviting space in a welcoming & supportive environment.

Wellness Center Orientation 

Take a tour with a Fitness Associate to understand how to properly operate & set our machines, what services are available to you & how to utilize weight & cardio equipment safely and effectively, for the best possible fitness experience. FREE for members!
