GIRLS 2ND GRADE BASKETBALL
This program is for beginner basketball players and will have modified rules. Participants will sign up for a preferred practice time, and no more than 3 children can be registered by one adult for a specific practice time. The emphasis will be on developing skills, sportsmanship, and fun! Players will rotate to ensure equal playing time. Expect players to learn the basics of shooting, dribbling, passing, defense and game rules. Players will also learn game concepts. Players will be playing on lowered baskets.
Volunteer Coaches will be used for this program. If you are interested in helping coach, please indicate your interest at registration or contact the Youth Sports office.

Practice and Games
Practice 1 hour/week-Monday-Thursday- 4:30pm and 7pm
Games will be begin Saturday mornings into the afternoon, starting January 16th at the Bismarck YMCA.
